Works as expected. LIner holds those little pellet paper (open and shake) heat packs while you work and wear gloves over these liners. I wear the popular nylon mechanix style gloves over these liners. Works best with any glove that has a open/close velcro strap wrist opening. If your outside glove has a tight elastic wrist fit then you may not be able to get it over your liner and heat pack. I've used these 3 times now. Note that once the liner and glove is on your hand, you must remove them as a single glove to make it practical to remove/remount gloves as needed for the job. If you remove the liner from the outside glove (mechanix glove) , as I did once, I lost the heat pack (it fell out). This liner is superior than just placing a heat pack inside the palm of your hand, in a glove. I work on roof top heating/ac units in the winter and need warm hands to handle ice cold wrenches and tools. Because these liners are thin and lightweight, I do not suggest you wear them without external gloves. Basically, open a heat pack, stuff it in the liner, put liner on hand, then put glove on liner.
