The table is easy to assemble and the backrest is comfortable. I am in the 190- 195 range and I bent the table support rails on my first use. It said up to 250lb on the box but on the product it lists max 220lb. I am sure it will be fine if you are lighter but if weight is an issue get a stronger design.
