First of all, the HeatGear products from UnderArmour are for hot weather. They keep you cool.
Second of all, this is a "compression" shirt, it is supposed to fit very, very tight.
Third of all, I believe it is underwear (UnderArmour), not meant to be worn as your only top.
My husband loves these UnderArmour shirts, so i decided to try them. I got a short-sleeved one and a sleeveless one and could instantly see how they keep you cool, I got cold just wearing them in the house. I thought a long-sleeved one would be perfect to wear under my jersey while cycling in hot weather. Unfortunately, the long sleeves get kind of twisted when you put this shirt on and it is hard to get it all situated correctly on your body. Furthermore, the sleeves are so tight, they are uncomfortable. But they are SPF 50, and do help keep you from getting sunburned.
Finally I figured out that you can cut off the sleeves and the material won't unravel. I cut off the sleeves and kept them for arm-coolers - I like them even better than the DeSoto Arm Cooler product! Now that I can take them on and off at will, without taking off the whole shirt, they feel more comfortable. And now my long sleeved UnderArmour shirt is short-sleeved and also more comfortable. I really like the compression aspect because I have weakness in my upper back and the compression effect helps keep my muscles from getting sore when I lean over the bike for several hours on long rides.
So buy this long-sleeved shirt and cut off the sleeves and save the $28 cost of a pair of arm coolers!Get more detail about Under Armour Heat Gear Tech Long Sleeve Tee Womens.
