If you have a different Rx for each eye, you can get two pairs and switch the lenses. The instructions in the box say they won't work upside down (if you do the switch, one side of each pair will be) but that's not true with this model. The straps are quite flexible. These aren't the tiny racing type goggles, but not real bulky either. I have a big head and prominent brow, recessed eyes, and these fit well and keep water out without needing to be uncomfortably tight. They come in a vented plastic box for carrying.
